Zia Auto was awesome. Ina in particular made the buying process super easy and fast. She coordinated everything for me by phone and all I had to do was test drive the vehicle I wanted and sign the paperwork. Lisa was very helpful too, she took me through all the features my car came with as well as took the time to sync my phone to my new bluetooth system. I'm in love with my new SUV and if I ever need a new vehicle I will definitely go with them again. I'm a customer for life with Zia Auto.
INA is very friendly ready to help and works with you. They have a really nice selection of cars. Everyone is very nice and polite never rush or try to push you into buying. But they cars do sell fast so if you like it you better get it or it might be gone tomorrow.
This was by far, the nicest car dealership we visited. Alondra was amazing. She knew so much about all the vehicles and was so nice and helpful. Travis was great and took a lot of time trying to get us the right deal and the right truck for what we needed. We even got to meet the owner, James. He is so down to earth and and even worked out some extras on our truck to accommodate us. Everyone is very relaxed and not at all pushy at Zia Auto. If you need a new or used car then this is the place to go.
My husband and I went in after seeing some cars online at Zia auto. As soon as we walked on the lot we were greeted by Lisa, we told her what we were looking for and boy did we find it! Our experience with Zia auto was the best I have ever had! Buying a new car is time consuming and stressful and our experience with Zia auto was far from that! I highly recommend Zia Auto!
The main office and owners are top notch people . . . BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS A JOKE . . . I purchased an extended warrantee as an assurance against serious problems but all visits to the service center or requests for warrantee service were denied, denied, denied. The Six CD Changer fails to eject . . . NOT COVERED. Heater output was inconsistent, the temperature gauge dropping at high speeds in colder weather . . . THE SERVICE DESK SAID, 'ALL CARS DO THAT,' AND DENIED SERVICE. I replaced the thermostat myself, $40 for the part and antifreeze. (I did it myself after one shop offered to do it, but for $300!) Works perfectly now. Finally, I brought the car in because the heated seats stopped working after 10 minutes. There was a Technical Service Bulletin on the electrical connector ground and a new part required, $55 for the part. AGAIN, THE SERVICE DESK AT ZIA REFUSED TO WORK ON IT. 'IT IS TOO HARD TO GET UNDER THE SEAT,' THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID . . . HELL NO, THE PART CLAMPS IN PLACE UP FRONT JUST BEHIND A REMOVABLE PLASTIC PANEL . . . EVENTUALLY, I WILL REPLACE THE PART BUT FOR A YEAR I JUST DEAL WITH NOT HAVING HEATED SEATS. That was winter . . . come Summer my AC output sucked. The mechanic said output was fine on full AC, but the cabin just wouldn't cool down. I then discovered only the driver vent was working, the other two stuck and tepid temperature . . . by this time the Warranty had expired and estimates were $800 to $1500 to repair . . . I figured out I could pull the 10A #25 fuse and put the car into self-diagnostic, and replace the fuse for re-calibration of the vent door actuator . . . and BAM, all three vents are now putting out cold or hot air . . . COST -- ZERO. Conclusion: The owners do a great job buying at auction and inspecting the cars, but DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
